Crowne Plaza Asheville NC – Everything You Need to Know

If you are going to go on vacation, the most important part of the experience is knowing that you are staying in a clean, safe hotel. I have been to my fair share of hotels, and I can tell you that the last thing you want to do when you are on vacation is worry about where you are sleeping.  That’s why I would recommend Crowne Plaza Asheville, NC. Not only is it a great price for the accommodations, but Crowne Plaza has a lot to offer its guests including feeling like a princess walking into a castle. 

Crowne Plaza Asheville NC – Everything You Need to Know

I visited the Crowne Plaza Asheville NC during Christmas time and they were decorated and it was so cozy.  They had several Christmas trees ups and my favorite thing was this mailbox in the lobby.

The Rooms

Ok so let's talk about the guest rooms. They have a few options. A room with one bed, a room with 2 beds, and a suite. I stayed in a one-bedroom. and the room has a mini fridge, coffee machine, desk, chairs, sleeper sofa and of course wifi!

I loved that the room had the bed space and then the living and relaxing space. I had a sliding glass door that led to a balcony.

I had a partial view of the golf course. It was quiet and relaxing to take in the nice weather!

When I walked in there was this little pack on the bed. It contained a soothing facial wipe to clean your face and a pillow spray to help you relax and fall asleep.

The bathroom was well stocked and while a little small it was well laid out and clean.

They also have a great promotion for IHG members to earn extra points. You can hang the tag they give you on your door and decline the housekeeping while there and earn an extra 500 points. You need to be staying for 2 nights or more to qualify.

Lobby

The lobby takes advantage of the mountains and gives a mountain feel while still being crazy and comfortable. They use stone and wood as their centerpieces for decor.

They have a very relaxing sitting area with a fireplace that was all done up for Christmas. This is also where their business area is.

Across from the sitting area is their lobby bar. They also have a restaurant on the property and room service if you wish to just relax.

Other Things I Loves About The Crowne Plaza Asheville NC

They have a relaxing spa with massages, facials, body treatments, and more. They also have the Asheville Racquet Club which is their fitness center, a 9 hole golf course, an indoor saltwater pool, a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, hot tub, jacuzzis and more.

They also have many fitness classes, including yoga and kickboxing. Also on the property, they offer zip lining for adults and kids. If you travel with kids they have a kids summer camp as well. They are dog-friendly and even offer a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and back.

If you are Ashville to relax they have you covered. From the many sitting areas in the lobby to the sitting spaces in the rooms, too many relaxing sitting areas outside around the property with amazing views.
