Otter Mound Preserve – Located on Marco Island, Otter Mound Preserve is a natural preserve everyone should check out while in Naples.

Not only is this pier beautiful, but the activities along the pier is also notably fun. Just make sure you bring quarters for parking, which is about $2.50 an hour. Visiting the pier is free otherwise.

Fifth Avenue South – Want to do some shopping and check out the city of Naples, Florida? Take a walk down Fifth Avenue South! This area is truly the heart of Naples.

The Naples Preserve – Lot of information and animals in a protective environment. Lots of nice boardwalks to walk on while animal hunting. Everything from birds, turtles, and even snakes.

Marsh Trail – This is a 3.5-mile trail near US 41 that gets great reviews and is quite peaceful!

Marco Island Historical Museum – Lots of local history, mostly about the first people to inhabit Maro Island.

Free Concerts at Cambier Park – Head to the park and take in one of their many evening concerts, weather permitting.

View Multimillion Dollar Homes – Take a drive down Gulfshore Boulevard and Gordon Drive to take in the beautiful multimillion-dollar homes and see how the other half lives!

Flamingo Island Flea Market – I always love visiting flea markets when I travel. Many times I find free sample but being able to take in the local good and talk to the locals is priceless. Many time it’s how I find little off the wall locations!

Big Cypress Bend Boardwalk in Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park – This is another great way to take in the local plant and animal life. I will admit there is something about walking the local boardwalk trails here that I love.

Ochopee Post Office – This is the nation’s smallest post office so of course, it makes the list of must-see places!

Visit Everglades National Park Gulf Coast Visitor Center – This is the only one of the official National Park entrances with no admission fee. So you kids can go get their Junior Ranger Badges and take in part of the park.

Immokalee Pioneer Museum at Roberts Ranch – Many historical buildings with a lot of Florida history.

Naples Museum of Military History – There is so much military history in the area that you probably have no idea about. This museum is a great place to learn about it.

Vanderbilt Beach – This beach is located in North Naples near the Ritz Carlton and one of the visitor favorites.
